HI 🖐 My name is Tyson Dale. I have over 2 decades as an NPTI Private Strength and Nutrition Coach. I bring to the table years of experience and knowledge in Anatomy Physiology, Exercise Science and Nutrition.

I have helped hundreds of my clients become Stronger and more fit than they have ever been in their lives! This has helped them to spend more time with family and loved ones, participate in activities they love, like playing Pickleball, Hiking and Mountain Biking to name a few. 


Building Muscle and Staying Strong is super important as we get older.


In order to continue the activities you love, you have to stay on top of your Strength and Nutrition. 


I help Men and Women Build Muscle, Strength and Rehabilitate injuries so that you can Be Stronger, Move Better and do the things that you love better than ever AND without the fear of injury.


Fitness goals and needs change as we age. Pure Body Strength Programs are individually created just for you and specifically designed to help Men and Women over 40 Lose Weight, Build Muscle and Get Stronger!

With a holistic approach to fitness, I emphasize Strength Training, Flexibility, Balance, Cardiovascular Health and Nutrition to enhance overall wellness. I believe in the power of Targeted Exercise, Proper Nutrition, Personalized Support and Kicking Bad Habits to help Men and Women over 40 achieve their fitness goals, improve their quality of life, and feel confident to do the things they love!

I personally create Programs just for you to complete on your own time with a calendar of Daily Workouts that you are able to follow through my App. Instructions to each exercise and Videos of every exercise in your program will make it easy to understand and knockout your workout for the day. This is the coolest and newest way of training. You will absolutely love it. We can text, video chat, track your Goals, Achievements, create Good Habits and create Meal Plans just for YOU! I provide Weekly Check-Ins to go over training and to make any changes along the journey to make sure that you Crush your goals. I am literally your Personal Strength Trainer in your back pocket!
